The BIG Score turns what a rep has actually delivered into a score out of 100, per context. It evolves mission after mission, like a sales credit score.

A score computed per context

An excellent rep on SMB deals worth a few thousand euros isn't necessarily the right profile for a six-figure Enterprise cycle. So the BIG Score is computed for a given context, from the expert's real experience, rather than as a single fixed rating. When a company publishes its mission, the score is recomputed to fit their need exactly.
