Experts in their vertical: prospecting and lead generation (BDR / SDR), closing complex sales (Account Executive), part-time sales leadership, launch on a new market. All with a verifiable track record.

Access to the platform is free, with no subscription. BIG earns a 3% commission excl. VAT (minimum €5 excl. VAT) on invoices generated through the platform, only when a mission succeeds. The rep's day rate is negotiated directly with them.

Once your mission is published, the relevant profiles appear immediately. From brief to the right profile, we aim for under 48h.

You track progress on the platform and rate the rep at the end of the mission. Your rating feeds their BIG Score and pushes everyone to keep a high standard.

You invoice the company through the platform and BIG secures the payment. When BIG collects an invoice, it acts as an agent on behalf of third parties (invoicing on behalf of third parties) before remitting the funds to you. You focus on selling, not on chasing.

BIG is an intermediation platform: you operate as an independent and invoice your missions under your own status (sole trader, company, umbrella…). BIG is neither your employer nor a party to the missions.

The contractual relationship for each mission is established directly between the company and you. BIG facilitates the connection, the tracking and the payment, but is not a party to the service contract.

Yes, through referrals: you share a mission you can't take with another expert and earn a commission, up to 20% that you set. No chasing, no paperwork.

A score out of 100 per context, based on the rep's real experience and rated by their clients on every mission. It proves the level instead of declaring it.

On six weighted criteria: industry, segment, personas, company size, deal size and skills. The score is recomputed to fit each precise need.

You describe your mission, the algorithm cross-references your criteria with the real experience of available reps and shows you the most relevant profiles, with a clear explanation of the score, criterion by criterion.
