The match, computed on facts
Each expert logs their track record across six vectors: industry, market segment, target buyers, deal size, sales-cycle length, skills used. This data is validated by their past clients and managers. When you publish your mission, the algorithm cross-references your criteria with that experience and computes a match score, criterion by criterion. You don't get an opaque ranking: you see why each profile fits your need.
The BIG Score, your compass
Alongside the match score, every expert carries their BIG Score: a score out of 100 per context, rated by companies mission after mission. The level is proven by past ratings, which lets you compare two close profiles and choose with confidence.
