The controller of the data collected through this site is BIG GAME FRANCE, a SAS registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 940 048 366, with its registered office at 56 Rue Louis Rouquier, 92300 Levallois-Perret, France.
Processing is carried out in accordance with French Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended (Data Protection Act), and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU Regulation 2016/679).

Data collected
This showcase site only collects the data you choose to send us, in particular via the booking form and email exchanges: your name, your email address, your company and information about your need.
During your visit, technical data may be collected (IP address, connection logs) for security and anonymised audience measurement.
On the BIG platform, further data is processed as part of the contractual relationship (contact details, billing and payment information, mission history). This processing is detailed in the terms accessible from the application.
Legal bases and purposes
Responding to your contact requests and organising a demo. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Managing a user account, billing and payment operations and mission follow-up on the platform. Legal basis: performance of the contract and pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Measuring audience, personalising navigation and sending communications about analogous services. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Replying via the contact form and enabling certain tools (social sharing, video content). Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
Complying with our accounting and legal obligations. Legal basis: legal obligation (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
Data is never resold to third parties.
Retention periods
Contact requests and prospecting data: 3 years from the last contact.
Inactive accounts: 3 years from the last activity.
Active accounts: 3 years from the end of the contractual relationship or the last activity.
Accounting records and invoicing documents: 10 years (Art. L123-22 of the French Commercial Code).
Audience measurement: collection is anonymised; no personal data is retained for this purpose.
Recipients and processors
Payments related to platform missions are processed by Stripe (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd.), a licensed payment service provider acting as a processor within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR. BIG neither holds nor processes the funds itself.
Booking is handled by Calendly (Calendly LLC, USA), a processor within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR, collecting booking data (name, email, company, time slot). This transfer outside the EU is governed by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. See Calendly's privacy policy for details.
Other technical processors are involved for hosting, development and maintenance. The site's fonts are self-hosted: no data is sent to a third-party font provider during your visit.
Your rights
In line with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR), to withdraw your consent and to set post-mortem directives over your data. To exercise these rights, write to us at support@weplaybig.com.
