Purpose

These terms summarise the rules for using the BIG showcase site and platform, published by BIG GAME FRANCE. The platform is an online intermediation service connecting independent sales reps ("Freelancers") with professional client companies.

By accessing the platform, you accept all the terms of service without reservation. Their full version is accessible from the application.

Access and account

The showcase site is freely accessible. Access to the platform is reserved for adults and requires creating an account (first name, last name, email, password).

The account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and your information up to date. BIG GAME FRANCE reserves the right to change content and features at any time.

BIG's role

BIG acts solely as an intermediation platform between companies and independent sales reps. BIG is neither an employer, nor a temporary work agency, nor a party to the assignments entered into between users.

All platform content (text, trademarks, logos, graphic elements) is protected by intellectual property law and remains the property of BIG GAME FRANCE or its partners.

Liability and governing law

BIG cannot be held liable for Internet-related damages, service interruptions or indirect damages. In the event of a breach of these terms, access may be restricted or suspended.

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Nanterre Commercial Court.
